Amelia is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional.

Experience

Amelia began her career in financial planning after graduating from the University of Georgia and brings over a decade of experience working in the financial services industry. She has worked with both boutique firms and large organizations, most recently serving as a Director at a wealth management firm headquartered in Atlanta.  While working in the wealth management industry, Amelia has had the privilege of interacting with a wide range of clients — including corporate executives, small business owners, professional athletes, young professionals, and retirees. What she enjoys most is building lasting relationships with clients, helping them create clear, personalized financial plans, and guiding them over time to stay aligned with their goals.

Education

Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from the University of Georgia, where she simultaneously earned her undergraduate degree and completed the applicable coursework to sit for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® exam. 

Personal Interests and Affiliations

Amelia lives in Athens, Georgia with her husband, James, and their three children — Collins, Hartley and Wynn. Her family is actively involved at Athens Church, she enjoys participating in Community Bible Study and staying engaged in her children’s school and extracurricular activities. In her downtime, Amelia loves arranging flowers, bringing beauty and joy into her home and the homes of those around her.
